We've got four proper roasts on the carving board: roast rump of British beef with horseradish cream, roast chicken with lemon & tarragon stuffing, pig in blanket and bread sauce, roast loin of pork with crackling and apple sauce, and a hearty wild mushroom bourguignon pie for our vegan friends. Every plate comes loaded with roast potatoes, seasonal greens, roasted roots, a Yorkshire pudding, and lashings of beef dripping gravy.
